Insite Legal have partnered with a leading Elite Law firm in NYC, who are looking to hire a mid-level tax associate into their team.
They are looking for someone from a corporate tax background who has solid experience working on transactions(M&A / PE) and restructuring deals of $100m .
This is a fantastic role for a current associate to move across to an elite firm and gain exposure to some of the largest transactions globally and have fantastic pathway to partner or to move into an in-house role in the future, due to their client base.
You will need to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience within a law firm or in-house role focussing on transactional tax and have excellent academic credentials from a leading law school.
